Emma is an account director at Red Flag Consulting, where she works on communications, regulatory and government affairs. 

Before joining the Red Flag team, she worked at Acumen Public Affairs on EU public affairs and communications for a variety of different subjects such as environment, agriculture, financial services, audiovisual policy and consumer safety. She also has experience in Toy Industries of Europe and the European Commission’s DG Home Affairs. 

She is a British national, raised in Brussels, with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and European Studies, and two masters in International Relations and Law.




Ognjenka is a Senior Account Executive at Red Flag Consulting where she works on communications and public affairs campaigns for multinational and corportae clients, covering digital, agri and food, and tobacco industries. 

With a background in law and a passion for public affairs, she started her career as a consultant for strategic communications in Croatia from where she moved to Brussels in early 2018. Ognjenka's previous work as a consultant includes crisis and corporate communications management.

Ognjenka is a Chevening Scholar. She holds a LL.M in European Law from the University of Edinburgh and a LL.B degree from University of Zagreb. 




Roxana is an account manager at Red Flag Consulting, where she supports clients in achieving their EU public affairs and communication objectives. 

Before joining Red Flag team, she worked in a Brussels based legal consultancy coordinating compliance assessments in the field of health, financial services, justice and home affairs legislation for the European Commission. Her previous experience includes advising Romanian companies in the agri and fisheries sectors on how to access European Structural funds and then Romanian Embassy to Belgium

Roxana holds a master's degree in International and European Law from the Institute for European Studies. 




Rodolphe joined Deliveroo in 2018 where he officiates as Head of Corporate Affairs.

Previously, he worked for Japan Tobacco International where he was in charge of Corporate Affairs and Communication for the Belgian and Luxembourg market. Prior to joining JTI, Rodolphe was a senior consultant at Political Intelligence, where he focused mainly on telecommunications and sharing economy issues both at EU and Belgian level. 

He has been in Brussels forever as he is one of the few Belgian natives in the euro bubble. He's moved straight into Public Affairs, having finished his Masters in Law in 2012 completed with LL.M in ICT and IT Law. He is also an active member within Bepact, the Belgian Public Affairs Community.



Manon joined Allied for Startups in February 2019 as Junior Policy Officer, where she works on promoting entrepreneurship within the EU.   

Before joining Allied for Startups, she worked at Lysios Public Affairs on digital issues. She also worked at the representation of the Occitanie region to the EU on various topics such as agriculture, innovation and Structural Funds. 


Manon holds a master in European Politics and a Bachelor in History. She studied in France,England and Poland. 


Besides her native French, Manon is fluent in English.
