Emma is the Director of EU Affairs at Red Flag.
As Head of the Brussels office she works on communications, regulatory and government affairs for global and European client.
Before joining Red Flag, she worked at another EU public affairs company for a variety of different policy topics such as environment, agriculture, financial services, digital, consumer safety and healthcare.
She also has experience in Toy Industries of Europe and the European Commission.
Emma holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and European studies and two masters in International Relations and Law.
Lawyer by background, André is currently Director for Public Affairs at the EBB - European Biodiesel Board. He lobbies on Biofuels, Environment, Trade, Transport and Climate Change.
A Portuguese national, André is in Brussels since 2011, when he did a traineeship in the European Commission’s DG Budget. After that, he joined FuelsEurope, the European Petroleum Industry Association, as EU Affairs researcher. After that, he worked at Interel European Affairs for almost 4 years.
Besides his native Portuguese, André speaks English fluently, Spanish, a bit of French and understands a tad of Italian.
Andreea is a Director at LP Brussels and delivers public affairs and strategic communications services to clients from the environment, energy and transport sectors.
A Romanian national, she has experience in the different facets of interest representation vis-àvis the EU (consultant and in-house, corporate reputation, regulatory campaigns, trade association management.
Andreea professional experience includes working in the European Commission and the think tank EPC. She studied in London and Bucharest and is fluent in English, intermediate French and conversational in Spanish.
Roxana is a senior account manager at Red Flag, where she supports clients in achieving their EU public affairs and communication objectives.
Before joining the Red Flag team, she worked in a Brussels-based legal consultancy coordinating compliance assessments in the field of health, financial services, justice and home affairs legislation for the European Commission.
Her previous experience includes advising Romanian companies in the agri and fisheries sectors on how to access European Structural funds and the Romanian Embassy to Belgium.
Roxana holds a master's degree in International and European Law from the Institute for European Studies.
